Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mahima Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd., we care about our customers and wish to offer flexible and reasonable cancellation and refund policies. Carefully read the following policy:

1. Cancellation Policy

We can cancel the booking of our customers by giving us a call at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the date of service, a minor cancellation fee (up to 20% of the service fee) could be levied to compensate for administrative and resource allocation expenses.

On cancellation during the day of service or after our crew has been sent, the amount booked may be partially or fully non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Full Refund: Qualified if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed service date and advance payment has been made.

Partial Refund: If canceled within 48 hours of the service date, net of subject cancellation fees.

No Refund: Refund is not allowed once packing, loading, or transportation has commenced.

3. Service Rescheduling

Customers can also opt to reschedule their service to a different available date instead of cancellation.

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked time and will depend on slot availability.

4. Refund Mode

Refunds (in case of refunds) will be made through the same mode of payment used while booking.

Refunds are normally credited in 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment institution.
